Annette

Annette is our Financial Coordinator who has worked with Dr. Burkey since 1994. Seeing all the beautiful smiles Dr. Burkey and the staff help create makes every day enjoyable. Annette enjoys spending her time with her husband Gil, their Malti-Poo Maxie, who happens to be Woody's twin, making Jackie her sister in law by pooch relations, and they especially enjoy their new grand baby Annabelle. She also enjoys family and friends, boating and attending Chicago Bears football games.

Diane

Diane is the Treatment Coordinator for the office and enjoys working with a competent, skilled, and friendly team. Diane’s favorite pastimes are cooking, gardening, and spending time with her family and good friends.

Shelley

Shelley is our part-time appointment coordinator who loves the great sense of team spirit and the caring attitude for one another as well as for the patients. She and her husband Matt enjoy spending time with their son, Scott in Milwaukee, their daughters Lisa in Nacogdoches TX and Katie in Austin TX. They are great fans of Texas A&M, Houston Astros, Dallas Cowboys and the Dallas Mars. They also love the Bears and Bulls. Shelley has been on staff since 2005.

Jill

Jill is our part-time appointment coordinator who loves working for Dr. Burkey because the people she works with are such hardworking, fun, and friendly people. She has been happily married for 23 years to her husband Roger, and they have three wonderful children. Two of whom are happily married. They are blessed with three beautiful grandchildren. Her family is gifted musically and they all love to read. God has truly blessed them.

Jackie has been working for Dr. Burkey since 2007 and was recently promoted from chair side Assistant to Imaging Coordinator. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband Richard, two boys Richie and Jayden, as well as Maxie's twin "Woody". She also considers herself #54 Brian Urlacher's biggest fan. GO BEARS!!
