Annette is the Financial Coordinator. She loves working with Dr. Burkey and seeing the way he cares for his patients. She enjoys spending time with family, decorating, and Bears games.

Laura
Laura is the morning Scheduling Coordinator. The kindness of the staff and patients makes coming to work everyday a pleasure. She enjoys activities with her husband, Dave and her four children, Emily (13), Mary (12), Michael (11), and Anna (10). She also enjoys reading, playing games and spending time with friends.

Diane
Diane is the Treatment Coordinator for the office and enjoys working with a competent, skilled, and friendly team. Diane’s favorite pastimes are cooking, gardening, and spending time with her family and good friends. |

Jill
Jill is our part-time appointment coordinator who loves working for Dr.
Burkey because the people she works with are such hardworking, fun, and
friendly people. She has been happily married for 23 years to her
husband Roger, and they have three wonderful children. Her family is gifted musically and they all love to read. God has truly blessed them. |
Shelley
Shelley is our part-time appointment coordinator who loves the great
Sense of team spirit and the caring attitude for one another as well as for the patients. She and her husband Matt enjoy playing guitar hero with their son, Scott. They also enjoy indulging in gourmet coffees with their collegiate daughters Lisa and Katie. GO ASTROS and COWBOYS!!! |

Melissa is a full time clinical assistant who loves working closely with Dr. Burkey, and the patients always brighten her day. Melissa has one daughter, Hannah, who is her pride and joy. In her free time, she enjoys going to White Sox games and is a big fan of the Chicago Bears. |
Amanda
Amanda is a clinical assistant who loves to meet new people and enjoys
helping others. She enjoys boating, camping, and football with her
husband Jason and 2 children, Mason and Nevaeh. GO BEARS!!! |
